Submit a Commercial Requirement
Share the business, product or project scope, destination and timeline. Vediora will route the enquiry to the appropriate Vediora team and commercial service.
Tell us what you need to source, supply or execute.
Minimum transaction thresholds apply. Retail or small-volume enquiries may not be considered.
What to include, and what happens next.
A complete enquiry is quoted in 24 to 48 hours. An incomplete one costs both sides a round of emails first.
Include in your enquiry
- Product and grade. For copper, the cathode grade; for rice, the variety; for bitumen, the penetration grade.
- Quantity in metric tonnes, and whether it is a one-off or a recurring requirement.
- Destination port and country.
- Incoterm you want quoted. For commodity enquiries, CIF is a preferred commercial basis where supported by the route and destination. Other Incoterms may be considered according to the transaction. IT and technology delivery terms are confirmed separately for each project.
- Packing, where it matters. State the product, size and format required. Retail, bulk, bagged, drum and other product-specific packing options are assessed against the requirement.
- Any documentation your side or your customs authority requires.
- Your timeline, including any tender or contract deadline.
What happens after you send it

- The minimum is 100 metric tonnes per rice order. Minimums for other products are confirmed for each enquiry.
